This study explores the effectiveness of youth courts in reducing recidivism compared to traditional juvenile justice systems. By analyzing the outcomes of peer-based sentencing, the research aims to determine whether youth courts foster greater accountability and lower repeat offenses. The findings will contribute to discussions on alternative approaches to juvenile rehabilitation.
